IRL Pro is the go to streaming app for IRL on Android, with SRTLA bonding built in. The setup is four fields and a couple of toggles.
Set up the stream
- Open IRL Pro and go to Settings, Stream Settings.
- Add a new SRTLA destination so the app can bond your connections.
- Enter your relay details from the dashboard:
- Server:
srt.<region>.irl.ac - Port:
5000 - Stream id:
live/stream/YOUR_KEY
- Server:
Pick the region nearest you. The dashboard shows your exact server and stream id.
Bond your connections
Enable Wi-Fi and mobile data at the same time so IRL Pro spreads the stream across both. Add more interfaces if you have them. The more healthy connections SRTLA has, the better it rides out a dead one. More on how that works in SRTLA bonding explained.
Two connections minimum
One connection is not bonding. Run at least two (Wi-Fi plus mobile data, or two SIMs) so a single dead link cannot take your feed down.
Then bring it into OBS
IRL Pro sends your bonded stream to the relay. To broadcast it, pull the relay into your own OBS as a media source, then run NOALBS so OBS switches to a holding scene if the feed gets rough. The full OBS side is in the OBS setup guide and NOALBS setup.
That keeps the broadcast on Twitch or Kick even when the field connection wobbles, because OBS stays connected the whole time. See keep your stream live for the full picture.
On iPhone the equivalent app is Moblin.
